KUNZ DUBB Dynamic Universal BeadBreaker

KUNZ DUBB Dynamic Universal BeadBreaker has been specially designed for the latest generation of radial tires, such as the Michelin NZG tire for A340-500/600 and A380. The wheel is taken at the center hub by means of hydraulically operated clamping tools and is then lifted to working height. The driven press tools - as soon as in contact with the tire - rotate the wheel and at the same time break the bead and gently move the tire sidewall inwards. All steps of the process are electro-hydraulically controlled from the remote control box. There is no damage to the bearing cups or any other part of the wheel and tire.

The new machine design allows the disassembly of the wheel immediately after the bead breaking process at comfortable working height. Special rim clamping devices, nutrunner assembly and rim handling trolley are available to ease the disassembly process in the Dynamic Universal BeadBreaker machine!
